Changes...

... in the neighborhood:

 Painting of the trim is the home owner's responsibility per prior contractual agreement.  When the "custom" storm door is ready, then Build Moore Exteriors will hang it.  (And the mail box will be relocated appropriately.

 Nice lighting fixture, eh there, lady of the house?

What was once 1400 Oakland Ave. (corner with Wilson) will become a two story dwelling.

 

Looking toward Upchurches'. 

 From our back yard looking across the fence where "Randy", the neighbors' dog used to threaten.

 An excavator was at work Monday-Friday removing all of what was once the neighbor's residence.  Remember that a fire had occurred last winter requiring it to be "totaled".  Apparently, the property has now sold.

And if you are still looking/reading this far, then realize that the title of this post brought to mind a song by Steve Bell entitled, "Changes".
