Answer: $$$$ re-work of the flat roof with insulation and a slight pitch added. The old steel sheath was removed in favor of a new composite sheeting. No more leaking is the plan.

Terrific, Dad! Hopefully that does take care of any leaking issues. Guess you will find out with all this fall rain...But seriously - way to go! Another project DONE!!! (Did you help as well, or totally hire out?)
